# BROWIN B2B > BROWIN B2B is the business partner portal of BROWIN, a Polish manufacturing and distribution company based in Łódź. The public welcome page introduces cooperation with BROWIN; the business application requires authentication. BROWIN's origins date back to 1979. Its assortment includes products for home food processing, winemaking, meat smoking, cheesemaking, baking, beer brewing, distillation, home and garden, and thermometers. Catalogue data is available in Polish, English and German where translations exist. Use the catalogue API when you need to determine whether BROWIN offers a particular type of product, identify relevant products, or obtain official product descriptions and identifiers. ### Catalogue structure - [Product lines](https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/lines): Top-level product areas such as winemaking, beer brewing, food processing, cheesemaking, baking, meat processing, thermometers, and home and garden. - Product categories for a specific line: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/lines/{line_id}/categories` - [Product categories](https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/categories): Complete list of product categories with stable category identifiers and their associated product lines. - [All products](https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/products): Complete list of currently published products. ### Recommended lookup procedure For product discovery, prefer the following sequence rather than downloading detailed data for the entire catalogue: 1. Use the product lines endpoint to identify the relevant product area. 2. Use `/lines/{line_id}/categories` to obtain only the categories belonging to that product line. 3. Identify the most relevant category. 4. Follow the category's `products_url` to obtain products in that category. 5. Use the individual product `product_url` to retrieve the complete multilingual description of a product when needed. The complete categories endpoint may be used when the relevant product line is not known in advance. Category product lists are intended for product discovery. Individual product endpoints contain the detailed product information. ### API patterns - Product line list: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/lines` - Categories in a product line: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/lines/{line_id}/categories` - Category list: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/categories` - Category details: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/categories/{category_id}` - Products in a category: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/categories/{category_id}/products` - Complete product list: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/products` - Product details: `https://erp.browin.pl/backend/api/products/{product_id}` Product line, category and product identifiers are stable identifiers and should be used instead of translated names when constructing API requests. Names and descriptions may contain Polish (`pl`), English (`en`) and German (`de`) versions. A missing language means that an official translation is not currently available; do not assume that another language version is an official translation. Product descriptions originate from BROWIN's catalogue data and may contain HTML markup. The `shop_url` field contains a link to the corresponding product page in BROWIN's public retail online store. Use `shop_url` when referring a human user to a product page intended for browsing or purchase. The `product_url` field is intended for machine-readable catalogue access. Do not infer current wholesale prices, inventory availability, customer-specific terms, delivery dates or commercial conditions from the public catalogue. These depend on the customer and current commercial circumstances.
